Channel partners & authorised resellers

The official register of who can sell LawSathi

Anyone can print a certificate. This page is the single source of truth for which organisations are authorised to sell, resell, and implement LawSathi in India — maintained by us, not by them.

Authorised partner register

Organisations authorised to sell LawSathi

Every organisation below holds a current, signed partner agreement with LawSathi. The register is updated whenever an agreement starts or ends, so treat it as current as of the date shown at the foot of this page.

Partner types

Four ways to partner with LawSathi

Each type carries a different level of commitment, margin, and customer ownership.

Channel Partner

Owns the customer relationship end to end — sells, onboards, and supports in their territory. Highest recurring margin; requires LawSathi certification.

Authorised Reseller

Sells LawSathi subscriptions under their own invoice; onboarding stays with us. Suited to vendors with an existing advocate or law-firm customer base.

Referral Partner

Introduces the firm; we run the sale and the account. No delivery obligation — the right fit for CAs, CS practices, and consultants who advise law firms.

Implementation Partner

Deploys LawSathi inside mid-to-large practices — migration, taxonomy, billing, and change management, alongside our team on Enterprise rollouts.

  • You already sell to advocates, law firms, banks, or NBFCs
  • You have a team that can demo software, not just forward a brochure
  • You are a registered business that can raise a GST invoice
  • You want recurring revenue, not a one-off commission

FAQ

Partner and reseller questions

How do I verify that someone is an authorised LawSathi partner?

Check this page. It is the only official register of LawSathi channel partners and authorised resellers, and it is maintained by LawSathi directly. If an organisation is not listed here, it is not authorised to sell, resell, or implement LawSathi. Certificates, letters, and screenshots can be forged — the register cannot. If you are unsure, email partners@lawsathi.in with the name of the organisation and we will confirm in writing.

Who provides support and the SLA — LawSathi or the partner?

The product SLA is always LawSathi's. Your subscription entitles you to the same platform support and uptime commitments whether you bought direct or through a partner. Channel and implementation partners add first-line support, onboarding, and training on top of that; they do not replace it. You can raise a ticket with LawSathi at any time regardless of who you bought from.

Do partners set their own pricing?

No. The plans and prices published at lawsathi.in/pricing are the authoritative list price. Partners may bundle their own onboarding, training, migration, or support services and charge for those separately, and those service fees are their own to set. If a partner quotes you a platform price that differs materially from our published pricing, ask them to show you the LawSathi quote.

Can partners access my case or client data?

No. A partner never gets standing access to your LawSathi tenant. Partners sell and implement; they do not hold your matters, documents, or client records. If you want a partner to help inside your workspace during onboarding, you invite them yourself as a user with the role and permissions you choose, and you can revoke that access at any time. Our data handling is described on the security page.

Is a partner territory exclusive?

Territories are assigned but not exclusive by default. We map partners to states and cities so that leads route sensibly and partners are not bidding against each other on the same firm, and deal registration protects an opportunity a partner sourced. Exclusivity in a territory is possible but is negotiated case by case against committed volume.

What are the commercial terms for partners?

Partners earn recurring margin on the subscriptions they bring, for as long as those customers stay — not a one-time referral fee. Registered deals are protected, qualified inbound leads are routed to the partner covering that territory, and payouts run on a fixed cycle. Exact rates depend on partner type and commitment, and we discuss them on the first call rather than publishing them.

Someone claims to be a LawSathi partner but is not listed here. What should I do?

Do not pay them. Email partners@lawsathi.in with the organisation's name, the contact details they used, and any material they sent you. We will confirm their status and, where a party is misrepresenting an association with LawSathi, act on it. Payments for LawSathi subscriptions should be made against a LawSathi invoice or an authorised partner's own GST invoice — never to a personal account.
